Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional who have an advanced knowledge of financial management, accounting and billing skills. He should have keen eye on financial analysis to suggest improvement in billing and accounting. Coordinate with all debtors and creditors to manage target matrices. Will be given opportunity to manage funds.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely invoicing and submission.
Vendor Payment as per guideline.
Hands on experience of managing customer Dispute for billing.
Should have an exposure of IRN and manual billing.
Should have knowledge of debit and credit note process.
Handling escalation with mail by the client.
Coordinate and follow up with the customer for their due payment.
Attending client meetings to improve our services according to their need.
GST & Tax knowledge
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
Bank reconciliation
Desired Candidates:
B Com in finance from a good Management college
Should have managerial skills and experience of handling team
Have hands on experience of Accounting Fundamentals, Credit Control and Client handling
Excellent command over spoken and written English
Candidate from Delhi domicile will be preferred
