· Plan and coordinate production planning for smooth production workflow of business unit.
· Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
· Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials requirement to cover production demand.
· Ensure to issue raw material for the products as per requirement. Judicious use and management of inventory, reduce inventory. Meet inventory targets as per business requirements.
· Monitor jobs for timely completion and ensure budgets are met. Also highlight delay on real time basis.
· Obtain output information (finished products, rejection, rework, etc.)
· Prepare and submit status and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as per business requirement help automated dashboards for monitoring of daily management activities.
· Responsible for management of all paperwork to ensure instant access to information Collaborate with various team (including raw material purchase, production, sales, quality control, Store and other respective area) to ensure smooth functioning.
· Monitor and assist Production, Quality, Store and Dispatch.
· Plan production to adhere to lead times committed and on time dispatches.
· Supervise Preventive Maintenance Lead the team Present to Management.
· Train factory staff Lead production team - providing a clear sense of direction and focus.
· Develop improvement and cost reduction strategies.
· Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations.
· Commit to plant safety procedures
· Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation)
· Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
· Maintain overall discipline and “5S” on Production floor.
· Ensure that Everyone in the team are following a strict discipline of QMS.
· Expertise in all Process of Wiring Harness Manufacturing.
· Ability to learn and adopt good ideas
· Excellent communication skill in English, Hindi and Marathi.
· Ability to manage team.
· Strong Understanding of QMS and it’s importance.
· Ability to effectively manage and monitor daily Performance of all sections.
