- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the CSSD.
- Plan, organize, and monitor the workflow of CSSD technicians and assistants.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, inspection, packing, sterilization, storage, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical devices.
- Monitor sterilization processes using physical, chemical, and biological indicators.
- Maintain accurate sterilization logs, equipment maintenance records, and inventory registers.
- Coordinate with Operation Theatre, Wards, ICU, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, and other departments regarding instrument requirements.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, infection prevention, and hospital quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality audits and implement corrective actions where required.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables, sterile packs, and CSSD supplies. etc.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
