Role Summary
The Telemarketer (B2B Focus) will be responsible for identifying and connecting with business decision-makers across target industries, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in business acquisition. The role requires strong communication skills, lead nurturing capabilities, and consistent follow-up to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Source and build a database of prospective clients from LinkedIn, Google, directories, and referrals.
- Conduct outbound calls to business decision-makers and introduce company services.
- Qualify leads based on business potential, employee strength, and service requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales Executive.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with interested prospects.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Number of leads generated per week.
- Number of outbound calls completed daily.
- Number of qualified meetings scheduled per week.
- Call-to-meeting conversion percentage.
- Lead database accuracy and CRM update compliance.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and telecalling skills.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate professionally.
- Good internet research and database management skills.
Preferred skills
- Prior B2B telemarketing experience.
- Experience in appointment setting and inside sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of service-based industries.
- Basic email marketing and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
