Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage a calling team of 10–15 members
- Monitor daily team performance and productivity
- Manage and maintain accurate data records and reports
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients/customers
- Maintain quality standards and process compliance
- Support lead generation activities and target achievement
- Motivate, guide, and train team members to improve performance
- Resolve team issues and ensure smooth workflow operations
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Qualification: Graduate in any field
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader, preferably in a calling or sales process
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of data management and reporting
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Target-oriented and problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
