Job Summary
Foodale India Private Limited is looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Bartender will be responsible for maintaining beverage quality standards, ensuring efficient bar operations, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain complete knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with legal and company policies.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Bar Manager.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, garnishes, and bar equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for beverage preparation and service.
- Process guest orders accurately through the POS system.
- Support the service team during peak business hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Minimize wastage and breakage of bar stock and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- PUC / Diploma / Graduate in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a pub, brewery, lounge, hotel, or restaurant.
- Certification in Bartending or Mixology will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and bar operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in breweries, pubs, clubs, hotels, or premium restaurants.
- Passion for mixology and guest engagement.
- Knowledge of craft beer and premium beverage service will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
