The Computer Operator is responsible for managing beneficiary registration, verification, e-KYC, Ayushman Card generation, data entry, record maintenance, and portal-related activities on the Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) Beneficiary Identification System (BIS). The operator assists beneficiaries and ensures accurate processing of health scheme records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify beneficiary eligibility through the PM-JAY BIS Portal.
- Perform Aadhaar-based e-KYC and beneficiary authentication.
- Create and download Ayushman Cards.
- Update beneficiary information and maintain records.
- Enter and manage data accurately in the portal.
- Assist beneficiaries regarding scheme benefits and registration procedures.
- Coordinate with hospital staff, Ayushman Mitras, and government authorities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary data.
- Resolve portal-related issues and provide user support.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet operations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and data entry.
- Knowledge of online portals and document verification.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
