We are seeking a skilled ERP Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo and ERPNext ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, design functional solutions, configure ERP modules, conduct user training, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Map existing business processes and recommend ERP-based solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo and ERPNext ERP systems.
- Configure ERP modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, Payroll, Projects, and Asset Management.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), process flow diagrams, and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and report development.
- Perform functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and quality validation.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Assist in data migration, master data preparation, and system configuration.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure successful delivery within scope and schedule.
- Support ERP upgrades, new module rollouts, and process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP and ERPNext.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.

- Ability to prepare functional documentation including BRD, FRS, SOPs, and UAT documents.

- Experience with ERP configuration and workflow setup.
- Knowledge of data migration and master data management.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations and APIs is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- ERP implementation certifications in Odoo or ERPNext are preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL and ERP reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Experience working in manufacturing, trading, distribution, retail, healthcare, or service industries is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- ERP implementation certifications in Odoo or ERPNext are preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL and ERP reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Experience working in manufacturing, trading, distribution, retail, healthcare, or service industries is desirable.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
