We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GeM Tendering Executive to manage tendering activities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing bid documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission while maintaining compliance with government procurement guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, analyse, and identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal.
- Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and reverse auction responses within deadlines.
- Manage end-to-end tender documentation, including technical and financial bid preparation.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and operations teams to gather required documents and pricing.
- Maintain vendor registrations, product catalogues, and company profiles on the GeM portal.
- Track bid status, purchase orders, contracts, and order execution.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, tender terms, and government procurement procedures.
- Handle post-award activities, including order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, contracts, and related documentation.
- Monitor updates, amendments, and notifications related to GeM and government procurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in GeM tendering, e-procurement, or government bidding.
- Hands-on experience with the GeM portal, bid submission, and reverse auctions.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and tender documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and online tendering portals.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
