Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Generation Expert who specializes in running successful paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality leads while optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing lead generation campaigns that drive conversions for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Google Ads & Facebook Ads Management
- Create, manage, and optimize high-performing lead generation campaigns on Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to target the right users and maximize conversion rates.
- Set up and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads for lead generation.
- Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns using custom and lookalike audiences.
✅ Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop data-driven advertising strategies tailored to business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Optimize ad spend, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve the best cost per lead (CPL).
- Implement remarketing/retargeting strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
✅ Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools to measure campaign success.
✅ Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with designers & developers to create high-converting landing pages.
- Analyze user behavior and make data-driven improvements to the lead funnel.
✅ Stay Updated on Trends
- Keep up with Google & Meta algorithm updates and apply the latest best practices.
- Explore new advertising trends and tools to improve lead generation efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum & Facebook Ads.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to generate
high-quality, cost-effective leads. Hands-on Expertise: Advanced Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.) Facebook & Instagram Ads (Lead Form, Messenger, Website Traffic, etc.)
