About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Store Floor Sales Executive to assist customers and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling
Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs
Provide product information and explain features clearly
Maintain positive customer interactions and service quality
Sales Support
Support daily sales activities and achieve sales targets
Arrange products neatly and maintain store presentation standards
Monitor stock availability and inform the concerned team when required
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor
Support billing and basic operational activities when needed
Training & Development
On-the-job training will be provided for product knowledge and customer handling
Guidance on sales techniques and customer behaviour
Continuous support to improve communication and sales skills
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of customer service and sales
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
