Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will actively advise and support Supply Chain Management (SCM) stakeholders, to continuously optimize business processes with the Lean-method approach and to ensure productivity improvement and increased efficiency

You will be responsible for the planning and performing of detailed Data/Time management process analysis in the production environment units of thestakeholders to identify potential for process optimization and the determination of resilient Master Data

You will co-operate with Warehouse Logistics 3rd party vendor firms regarding the stakeholder business model, e.g. on topics like Warehouse Planning Times Master Data and its design

You will co-operate with local 3rd party supplier firms of certain Industrial Engineering topics

Preparation and implementation of KPI-Reporting with the SCM-stakeholder

Global co-operation with other Industrial Engineering units within Seiemens healthineers for knowledge exchange and sharing expertise

You will plan and moderate workshops for continuous process optimization of stakeholder business processes by applying the HPS-Core methods (Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream Mapping, Structured Problem Solving (A3) und Agile Visual Management
Your qualifications and experience

You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Logistics) or an equivalent education.

You have at least 6 years of experience in the field of Industrial Engineering

You have completed Basis REFA International training in Data/Time Management determination (e.g. Time Study technology) and the usage of IT-Application

You have already gained good experience in topics such as Production Processes and Process Planning
-
You have very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP P41
-
You have excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
