Key Responsibilities
- Examine and interpret blood, tissue, cytology, histopathology, and body fluid samples.
- Validate and authorize laboratory reports with high diagnostic accuracy.
- Ensure timely reporting while maintaining quality standards and TAT.
- Supervise laboratory operations and ensure NABL/NABH compliance.
- Collaborate with clinicians for clinical correlation and patient management.
- Monitor quality control, audits, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Guide and train laboratory staff on best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary meetings.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Pathology
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
- 3+ years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital pathology department.
Skills
- Expertise in Histopathology, Cytopathology, Hematology & Clinical Pathology
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of NABL/NABH standards
- Leadership, communication, and attention to detail
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
