About Dear Me:
Dear Me is a Conscious Ayurveda skincare brand. Our hero product, Sacred Secret, is an Illuminating Saffron Face Serum built specifically for sensitive, reactive skin - positioned as a gentle, modern Ayurvedic alternative to harsh clinical serums.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Medical Representative based in Indore to build relationships with dermatologists and skin clinics, introduce Sacred Secret as a recommended product for sensitive skin patients, and help establish our offline distribution presence in the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dermatologists and skin clinics across Indore on a regular beat
- Detail Sacred Secret's formulation, ingredients, and safety profile to doctors
- Build long-term relationships with clinics for product recommendation and stocking
- Distribute samples and collect doctor feedback
- Maintain visit reports and track conversion from doctor visits
- Identify and onboard pharmacies near partner clinics for retail stocking
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable visiting clinics independently with own two-wheeler
- Prior MR/pharma sales experience preferred but not mandatory - freshers with the right attitude are welcome
- Interest in skincare, wellness, or Ayurveda is a plus
- Based in or willing to work across Indore
Compensation:
Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentive on clinic onboarding and sample-to-sale conversion.
