About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. What You’ll Do:

Processing all the invoices - Taking approvals and uploading the same in the SAP Tool

Creating POs for regular operational materials and sharing the same with SPOCs

Preparing MIS on monthly basis and Entire year Budget proposal to the client(Opex and Capex)

Preparing office related provisions and sharing the same to Finance
5
Following up with finance Team for vendor's pending payment
6
Coordinating with different vendors for employee's goodies/ADHOC requests
7
Coordinating with legal team for any new or renewal of vendor's agreeement
8
Onboarding of new vendors, change of bank detail of vendor's or change in vendor's company names with Central procurement
9
Taking quotes from different vendors for non-contract materials and making contracts with them
10
Negotiating with the vendors for the upcoming contracts (closing most of the vendors contracts with previous rates for the coming years)
11
Researching, vetting, and selecting potential suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and ethics
