Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete interior design process from concept development to project execution.
- Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, material specifications, 3D models, and presentation designs.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design coordination, supervision, and project follow-up.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to design standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Guide and coordinate with junior designers and team members.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and industry practices.
- Ensure the final execution matches the approved design and maintains the firm's quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
- Candidates with less than 3 years of relevant experience and freshers will not be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization/rendering tools.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.
- Excellent design sense with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of working drawings and site execution.
- Strong communication, client-handling, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative, responsible, and proactive approach to work.

Important
This is an experienced position. Minimum 3 years of relevant Interior Design experience is mandatory. Freshers are not eligible to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
