Varsav Academy is hiring a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle student inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into enrollments for our training programs.
We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and a passion for sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for course inquiries
- Follow up with leads generated from digital marketing campaigns
- Explain course details, fees structure, and career opportunities
- Convert leads into student enrollments
- Maintain student database and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility
- Any degree (Any stream)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- 0–2 years experience in sales/education counselling preferred
