Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CMA (US) - Trainer based in Mumbai. The trainer will deliver high-quality, engaging, and interactive sessions for CMA (US) certification candidates, ensuring their thorough understanding of course materials. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching foundational and advanced concepts in financial planning and accounting, assessing students' progress, addressing individual learning needs, and staying updated on the latest changes in the CMA (US) syllabus. Collaboration with the academic team to continuously improve the course curriculum and training techniques will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CMA (US) curriculum and financial management principles
- Expertise in accounting, auditing, and cost management
- Proficiency in delivering clear and structured lectures and presentations
- Ability to assess and address diverse student learning needs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for fostering an engaging learning environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and educational platforms
- A CMA (US) certification is mandatory; additional finance or accounting qualifications are a plus
- Prior experience as an educator or corporate trainer is an advantage

Pay: ₹47,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
