Arena Animation is one of India's leading training institutes in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Motion Graphics, and Digital Content Creation. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Faculty member who can mentor aspiring creative professionals and deliver industry-relevant training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Motion Graphics, 3D Animation, and related production workflows.
- Train students on industry-standard software and creative processes.
- Conduct lectures, workshops, assignments, and project reviews.
- Guide students in portfolio development and career readiness.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual mentoring.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Support academic planning and curriculum delivery.
Software Expertise Required
Candidates should be proficient in teaching:
Motion Graphics & Design
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
3D Animation & Production
- Autodesk Maya
- Substance Painter
- ZBrush (preferred)
- Unreal Engine (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Animation and Motion Graphics.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and production pipelines.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and student engagement skills.
- Industry experience in Animation, VFX, Motion Graphics, or related creative domains will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple batches and mentor students across different skill levels.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
