We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter for Blue Collar Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment of manpower positions such as helpers, loaders, packaging workers, Sales Executives and Driver & Delivery Executives
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, ensuring timely joining, and maintaining recruitment records.

Location: Mancheswar
Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk hiring for blue collar workforce requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, local references, contractors, consultants, social media, and field recruitment drives.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department supervisors.
- Ensure timely joining and deployment of selected candidates.
- Maintain daily recruitment tracker and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with manpower agencies and vendors.
- Verify basic documents of candidates before joining.
- Follow up with candidates for attendance and retention after joining.
- Manage hiring for multiple locations if required.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain database of candidates for future requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
