Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller cum Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with customers, resolving basic queries, and providing day-to-day support to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Follow up with customer regarding inquiries, services, and updates
- Explain company services and provide required information to customers
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Respond to customer queries through Calls, Emails, or WhatsApp messages
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and guidance
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare daily reports and update customer databases
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
- Gujarati language knowledge is mandatory
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role
- Prior experience in handling customer communication will be preferred
Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per Month
