We are looking for an experienced Spanish Language QA Reviewer to perform independent quality assessments of video accessibility deliverables, including Closed Captioning (CC) and Audio Description (AD).
Key Responsibilities
- Review Spanish CC and/or AD against the source video.
- Evaluate accuracy, completeness, relevancy, terminology, and timing.
- Identify errors and discrepancies with supporting timestamps.
- Score deliverables using the provided QA framework.
- Document observations and quality findings.
- Prepare detailed and objective QA reports.
- Recommend corrective actions where appropriate.
Note: This role involves quality assessment and reporting only. Direct correction of the content is not required.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
- Excellent Spanish listening and reading skills.
- Experience in Captioning, Subtitling, Audio Description, Localization QA, Accessibility QA, or Media QA.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with video timestamps/timecodes.
- Experience with QA scoring and reporting is preferred.
Expected Volume
Approximately 40 videos per month, averaging 50 minutes per video, subject to project requirements
