Hiring: Technical Writer
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, structured documentation including SOPs and Knowledge Base articles.
What you’ll do:
Develop and update SOPs & KB content
Work with SMEs to simplify complex information
Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and usability
What we’re looking for:
Experience in technical writing/documentation (3 - 5 years)
Strong communication and attention to detail
Familiarity with tools like MS Office, ServiceNow, or SharePoint
Nice to have: Experience in IT/QA environments
