Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented WordPress WooCommerce Store Manager & Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our WooCommerce website, handling product updates, processing orders, and generating business through telemarketing.
ResponsibilitiesWordPress & WooCommerce
- Manage and maintain the WordPress WooCommerce website.
- Add, update, and organize products, categories, pricing, and inventory.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely order updates.
- Upload banners, promotional content, and offers.
- Monitor website performance and report any technical issues.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotions.
Telemarketing
- Contact potential customers through phone calls.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with existing customers and maintain relationships.
- Explain products and services professionally.
- Maintain call records and daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO basics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
