Role Overview
We are seeking a scholarly and dedicated TGT Tamil to lead our Senior Secondary department. The candidate must possess a profound command of classical and modern Tamil literature and grammar, with a proven track record of securing excellent results in Board Examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Instruction: Deliver high-level lectures on Tamil Literature, Prose, Poetry, and advanced Grammar.
- Board Excellence: Strategize and implement rigorous training, ensuring students achieve top-tier performance through consistent evaluation.
- Linguistic Mastery: Cultivate deep analytical skills in students regarding literary criticism and creative writing.
- Cultural Leadership: Spearhead Tamil literary clubs, oratorical competitions, and cultural events to promote the richness of the language within the school community.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be required to undergo a comprehensive assessment:
- Teaching Demonstration: A demo session on any topic of your choice to evaluate your delivery style, clarity, and classroom command.
- Subject Interview: A technical viva featuring in-depth subject questions to verify your academic depth and expertise in Tamil Literature.
