OZ Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Prepare reports and maintain records of sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
