Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, generate qualified leads, and maximize return on digital marketing investments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and lead generation strategies.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in managing high-performing digital campaigns that contribute directly to business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research for products and services.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
- Improve website ranking on Google Search.
- Optimize Google Business Profile and local SEO.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical practices.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Coordinate with website developers for SEO implementation.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Run lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Create high-converting landing pages.
- Perform A/B testing for advertisements and landing pages.
- Optimize campaign budgets for maximum conversions.
- Improve Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Generate quality leads for sales teams across Kerala.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Track KPIs including:
- Website Traffic
- Organic Rankings
- Lead Volume
- Conversion Rate
- Cost Per Lead
- ROAS
- Bounce Rate
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to management.
Content & Digital Strategy
- Collaborate with designers and content creators.
- Develop SEO-friendly website content.
- Optimize product pages and category pages.
- Suggest blog topics based on keyword opportunities.
- Support branding campaigns through digital channels.
Market Research
- Analyze competitors' SEO and advertising strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes.
- Keep track of emerging digital marketing trends and tools.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- Keyword Research Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- WordPress CMS
- Landing Page Optimization
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred)
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO and Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns with measurable lead generation results.
- Prior experience in real estate, interiors, luxury products, building materials, or e-commerce is preferred.
