Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about recruitment and HR operations. The role focuses on 60% End-to-End Recruitment and 40% HR Operations, ensuring timely hiring while supporting day-to-day HR activities to create a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
· Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
· Ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.
· Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and maintain candidate engagement until joining.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and tracker updates.
HR Operations
· Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
· Assist in attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRMS updates.
· Conduct exit interviews and Full & Final settlement documentation.
· Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
· Handle employee queries and provide HR support on day-to-day matters.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, and statutory requirements.
· Assist in PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Law compliance, and other statutory HR documentation.
· Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other administrative documentation.
Required Skills
· 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
· Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Working knowledge of statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Laws, and related HR regulations.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
· Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS.
· Strong organizational and coordination skills.
· Positive attitude with a problem-solving approach.
Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) or a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
