- Room Maintenance: Clean and sanitize guest bedrooms and bathrooms, including mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture.
- Linen & Amenities: Change bed linens, make beds, and replace soiled towels and bath mats.
- Replenishment: Restock bathroom toiletries, coffee/tea supplies, and minibar items.
- Reporting & Safety: Inspect rooms for damages or missing items, and report all maintenance issues to management.
- Guest Services: Address guest requests for extra items (e.g., pillows, irons) and handle inquiries politely.
- Sanitation: Adhere strictly to safety, health, and hygiene standards, correctly utilizing commercial cleaning chemicals.
