About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results driven SEO Executive who can help improve our clients' organic search rankings, local visibility, website traffic, and lead generation through effective SEO strategies.
This is a growth oriented role offering exposure to Local SEO, AI SEO and advanced digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with our team and directly contribute to real client outcomes across multiple industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Research
- Keyword research and search intent analysis
- Competitor analysis and gap identification
- Comprehensive website SEO audits
- Local SEO strategy development
- AI search optimization (Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Gemini)
2. On-Page SEO
- Meta title and description optimization
- Content optimization aligned to search intent
- Internal linking strategy and execution
- Schema markup implementation
- Image SEO optimization and ALT text management
- Landing page SEO optimization
3. Technical SEO
- Website health audits and issue resolution
- Core Web Vitals analysis and improvement
- Crawl and indexing issue diagnosis and resolution
- Sitemap and robots.txt management
- Broken link analysis and URL structure optimization
4. Off-Page SEO
- High DA/PA backlink building and acquisition
- Citation building and business listing management
- Guest posting outreach and placement
- Local citation audits and competitor backlink analysis
5. Content & Local SEO
- Blog posting, optimization, and content calendar management
- Google Business Profile optimization and management
- Location page optimization for local search
- Review management support and local search ranking improvements
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Google Search Console monitoring and reporting
- Google Analytics (GA4) performance reporting
- Keyword ranking tracking and trend analysis
- Monthly SEO performance reports and growth analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
✔ 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing
✔ Strong understanding of Google’s ranking factors and algorithm updates
✔ Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
✔ Ability to conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits
✔ Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, and local SEO best practices
✔ Experience with blog optimization and content SEO strategy
✔ Understanding of backlink acquisition and quality assessment
✔ Familiarity with citation building and local SEO frameworks
✔ Ability to analyze data and generate actionable SEO reports
✔ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
★ Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools
★ Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS for on-page edits
★ Understanding of Google Business Profile optimization
★ Experience working with service-based businesses
★ Knowledge of AI SEO and AI-assisted search optimization
★ Basic knowledge of Google Ads and PPC campaign structures
Understanding of social media optimization (SMO) and its SEO interplay
