We at FutureLite- Rayassh Ecoblocks Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a dynamic and quick-learning candidate who can start his career in an emerging AAC block manufacturing industry with us. Candidates who are at the initial stage of their career are invited to apply.
1. Production Support & Monitoring
- Assist the plant supervisor in overseeing daily production activities (batching, casting, cutting, autoclaving, and dispatch).
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.
- Help achieve daily production targets as per planning.
2. Shop Floor Supervision
- Supervise operators and helpers during shifts.
- Ensure proper execution of tasks and adherence to instructions.
- Maintain discipline and coordination among the workforce.
3. Process Control Assistance
- Support in monitoring raw material proportions (cement, fly ash, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder).
- Check basic process parameters like slurry consistency, temperature, and curing cycles.
- Segregation and loading of blocks.
- Report any deviations to the plant supervisor.
4. Quality Support
- Assist in maintaining product quality as per standards.
- Identify visible defects in AAC blocks and report for corrective action.
- Coordinate with the quality team for inspections and testing.
5. Maintenance Coordination
- Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities to the maintenance team.
- Assist in ensuring timely preventive maintenance of plant machinery.
- Help reduce downtime by quick reporting and follow-ups.
6. Safety & Housekeeping
- Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and use PPE properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the plant area.
- Participate in safety drills and awareness activities.
7. Material Handling & Coordination
- Coordinate with storekeeper for timely availability of raw materials.
- Ensure proper handling and minimal wastage of materials on the shop floor.
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain shift reports, production records, and basic logs.
- Report daily activities, issues, and observations to the plant supervisor.
9. Learning & Development
- Continuously learn plant operations and processes.
- Support senior staff in implementing improvements and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in mechanical, civil, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing (AAC or similar preferred).
- Basic understanding of plant operations and production processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to the AAC block manufacturing process.
- Ability to handle manpower on shop floor.
- Willingness to work in shifts and learn operations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
