Technical Customer Support Engineer
Location: Changodar
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance.
- Troubleshoot automation products, industrial equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Assist customers with installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations.
- Prepare technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Support sales and service teams with technical expertise.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- 1+ year experience in technical support, service, or automation.
- Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, HMIs, pneumatics, automation, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/helpdesk tools.
