TUEM HUB is a growing education institute focused on skill development and career-oriented training. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Admission Counselor to guide students through course selection and admissions.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students on courses, eligibility, and career options
- Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly
- Follow up with leads and support student enrollments
- Coordinate with academic, exam, placement, and admin teams
- Maintain student records and admission documentation
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Student-focused counseling approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM is a plus)
- Ability to follow up and close admissions professionally
Experience
- Freshers welcome
- 0–1 year experience in education counseling or admissions preferred
