Quanto Agroworld Limited is an integrated agri-processing company engaged in the cultivation, processing and value creation of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, essential oils and allied agri-based products.
The company operates across farm operations, processing, distillation, product development, documentation and corporate compliance. As the company continues to grow, we are strengthening our internal systems, employee records, office administration and compliance processes.
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized HR Executive who can support the company in building a disciplined, professional and process-driven work environment.
Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day HR activities along with administrative and basic compliance-related work.
This is a practical and ownership-driven role. The selected candidate will work closely with the management, accounts team, consultants and employees to ensure that HR records, attendance, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, office records and compliance-related files are properly maintained.
The role is suitable for someone who is comfortable handling responsibilities independently, enjoys organized documentation, and can ensure that routine HR and admin work is completed properly without constant follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations and Employee Records
- The candidate will maintain complete employee records, including joining documents, appointment letters, ID proofs, employee forms, personal files, attendance records, leave records and exit documents.
- The candidate will also be responsible for keeping all HR data updated in the company’s HRMS and internal trackers.
2. Attendance, Leave and Payroll Coordination
- The candidate will manage attendance and leave records on a regular basis and coordinate with the accounts team for monthly salary inputs.
- This will include checking attendance data, leave records, late marks, absences, salary changes, deductions and other employee-related inputs required for payroll processing.
3. Recruitment Coordination
- The candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination, including posting job openings, screening applications, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, following up with applicants and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- The role will require regular coordination with candidates and internal team members to ensure that hiring requirements are handled in an organized manner.
4. Joining and Exit Formalities
- The candidate will manage basic onboarding and exit formalities, including document collection, employee data entry, preparation of joining documents, coordination for appointment letters, handover records, relieving documents and final employee file closure.
5. HR Documentation and Letters
- The candidate will prepare and maintain HR-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, relieving letters, experience letters, internal notices and other employee communication drafts as required.
- Proper formatting, recordkeeping and confidentiality will be important parts of this responsibility.
6. Administration and Office Coordination
- The candidate will support day-to-day office administration, including maintaining office records, registers, staff details, vendor coordination, courier coordination, office supplies, filing, scanning, printing and general office support work.
- The candidate should be comfortable handling small but important administrative tasks that help keep the office organized and functional.
7. Compliance and Record Support
- The candidate will assist in maintaining basic employee and labour compliance records related to PF, ESIC, professional tax, statutory registers, employee documentation and other compliance files.
- The candidate is not expected to be a legal or compliance expert, but should be careful with documents, willing to learn and able to coordinate with consultants or senior team members whenever required.
8. Filing and Documentation Management
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper physical and digital files for HR, admin and compliance documents.
- This includes scanning documents, naming files properly, uploading records to the correct folders, maintaining Excel trackers and ensuring that important documents are easily traceable whenever required.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, administration, HR operations or back-office coordination.
- Basic working knowledge of HRMS software.
- Understanding of attendance, leave management, employee records and payroll coordination.
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, professional tax and employee compliance documentation will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email and Google Drive.
- Ability to maintain files, trackers, registers and records in an organized manner.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage.
- A responsible, sincere and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of routine HR and admin responsibilities.
- Comfort in working in a growing company where the role may involve HR, admin, coordination and documentation work together.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is sincere, stable and detail-oriented.
The ideal candidate should not be looking only for a narrow HR role. The person should be willing to take ownership of HR operations while also supporting admin and compliance documentation whenever required.
This role is best suited for someone who can manage routine work independently, maintain proper records, follow up properly and help create a more structured internal system for the company.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
