Position: BPO Associate
Location: Bhubaneswar
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
