Stores Executive
We are seeking for experienced Stores personnel to join our Residential Tower Construction team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in store management at construction sites.
- Good knowledge of construction finished materials used in high-rise residential buildings such as tiles, sanitaryware, electrical fittings, plumbing materials, doors, hardware, paint materials, etc.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
- ERP knowledge would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Material Receipt & Inspection
- Inventory Management
- ERP Entries & Documentation
- Material Issue to Site
- Stock Monitoring & Reconciliation
- Storage & Safety
- Coordination with Purchase & Site Team
- Reporting
