We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive who can generate international leads and convert them into long-term clients.
This role is for someone who understands both how to attract clients and how to close deals.
_ Key Responsibilities :_
_ Marketing (Lead Generation)_
- Plan & execute content strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Create and manage content:
- Editing showcases (before/after)
- Reels & project highlights
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta / Google)
- Research and target:
- Event/ Wedding companie
- Production houses
- Agencies (US, UK, AUS markets)
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads
_ Sales (Conversion & Closing)_
- Handle incoming leads & inquiries
- Conduct cold outreach (Email, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Pitch services to international clients
- Understand client needs & offer solutions
- Convert leads into: Trial projects & Long-term contracts
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Build and maintain client relationships
Required Skills
- Strong communication & confidence with international clients
- Knowledge of digital marketing + sales fundamentals
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Result-oriented mindset (focus on revenue, not just activity)
- Experience in a media or post-production company is a strong plus
_ Bonus Skills (Preferred)_
- Knowledge of paid ads (Meta / Google)
- Basic understanding of video editing / post-production
- Experience in agency or outsourcing sales

- Number of leads generated per month
- Conversion rate (%)
