We sit at the intersection of behavioural science, AI and consumer wellness — helping individuals and organisations understand personality and potential through handwriting analysis. We are a fast-moving startup team based in Surat, India.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-ownership hybrid role combining creative strategy, brand leadership, content execution and performance marketing — sitting directly within the Founder's Office. You will own SoulEra's brand narrative and digital presence end-to-end: from shaping the AI product's storytelling and positioning to driving organic and paid content across channels and building the founder's personal brand. You will think at the business level and execute across brand, content, product marketing and performance simultaneously — this is not a siloed marketing role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Brand Strategy & Narrative
- Own and evolve SoulEra's brand strategy, narrative framework and positioning across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with tech and graphology teams to shape the AI-generated report content architecture and recommendation logic
- Contribute to rule engine design — ensuring AI outputs are user-friendly, psychologically sound and brand-aligned
Content & Social Media
- Own and execute the end-to-end content calendar across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Develop monthly content calendars combining graphology education, thought leadership, reels and repurposed carousels
- Manage and grow the founder's LinkedIn personal brand — defining pillars, drafting posts and maintaining consistency
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
- Align organic content strategy with paid campaign objectives to ensure a cohesive full-funnel approach
- Monitor campaign performance — analyse CPL, ROAS, CTR and other key metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy and audience targeting to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with the design team to brief and iterate on high-performing ad creatives
- Manage ad budgets and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to the founder
Product Copy & UX
- Develop product copy, user journeys, microcopy and feature-level messaging for the website and web app
- Write and iterate website copy, app copy and microcopy in collaboration with the product team
- Provide structured UI/UX feedback across product iterations in collaboration with design and tech teams
Collateral & Investor Relations
- Create and refine investor pitch decks, sales collaterals, brochures and one-pagers for different stakeholder segments
- Brief and review work from graphic designers and video editors — ensuring brand alignment and storytelling quality
Founder Support & Operations
- Support the founder on strategic initiatives, roadmap planning and cross-functional coordination
- Manage content approvals and coordinate across internal stakeholders
- Track performance metrics and use data to continuously improve content strategy
- Contribute to hiring for creative and marketing roles including assignment design and candidate evaluation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, performance marketing or a founder's office role
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions — brand, content, paid marketing and operations
- Hands-on experience running and optimising paid campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Strong strategic thinking — can move between big picture and execution without losing quality
- Excellent written communication — able to adapt tone and voice for product users, investors and partners
- Experience managing multi-platform content calendars and working with creative teams
- Comfortable with data — can read analytics and translate insights into content and performance decisions
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in AI, psychology, behavioural science or consumer wellness is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads and scheduling platforms
