We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who is passionate about building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering a premium customer journey from project initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their expectations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate between clients, design teams, project managers, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and timely updates.
- Schedule and manage client meetings, design presentations, site visits, and project reviews.
- Track project milestones and proactively communicate progress, timelines, and any changes to clients.
- Address client concerns, feedback, and escalations promptly while ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and project documentation in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients during and after project completion to enhance customer experience and encourage referrals.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Support the leadership team in maintaining long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Prepare periodic customer satisfaction and project status reports.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
