JOB SCOPE
A shift supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations and employee performance during their particular shift.
Job description involves a variety of different tasks like smooth sales operations, responding to customer inquiries
and complaints, and reporting to middle or upper management with any ongoing issues or problems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain up-to-date information on service rates, current promotions, offers and packages
Staff Handling- Assigns tasks, schedules employee hours and shifts, Monitors employee work habits,
grooming and hygiene standards, and makes sure tasks are completed in a timely fashion, conducts
performance reviews, training new staff and ensure continues training and high motivation.
Reporting incident reports of employee behavior or customer complaints.
Welcomes customers, Addresses and resolves customer complaints, ensures that customers are satisfied
and find what they are looking for.
Responds quickly and practically to emergencies, crises, or unexpected problems during the shift.
Makes sure daily sales goals are met.
Keeps supervisor and upper-level management apprised of daily operations.
Processes paperwork for HR or upper management as required.
Keeps work area clean and organized.
Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment – perform basic cashier activity, and coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance, IT, and Admin staff.
Give proper and complete handover to the next shift
A positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential.
Professional in demeanor and presentation.
Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in hospitality management, customer care and relevant industry experience.
Hospitality Background is must.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in working knowledge of customer care, customer focus environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and constant changing dynamics.
Ability to motivate the team to adapt to constant changes. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate
effectively.
Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills
Able to encourage, motivate and provide recognition
Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time.
Overall, should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
