Job Title: VMC Operator
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Qualification
Experience: 3 yrs
Location: Chinchwad, Pune
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)
Salary (CTC): ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,80,000 LPA
Working Hours: 8-hour rotational shifts (3 shifts)

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in VMC programming and setting
Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances
Knowledge of tooling, fixture setting, and machining process
Key Responsibilities:
Experience –Minimum 3 years
Perform programming, setting, and operation of VMC machines.
Machine components are made from materials such as Inconel, Stainless Steel, and Titanium.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Carry out part setting, fixture machining, and alignment using tools such as dial indicators and parallel blocks.
Work with VMC controllers like Mitsubishi and Haas.
Perform basic CNC programming and editing as required.
Select and use appropriate cutting tools (End mills, drills, inserts) based on job requirements.
Ensure dimensional accuracy as per drawing tolerances (±0.02 mm).
Conduct inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
Maintain quality standards and adhere to safety practices.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
