- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Monitor labour productivity and material consumption.
- Coordinate survey activities using Total Station, Auto Level, and DGPS (preferred).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Plan work schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
Salary
- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
