We are looking for Front Desk Executive.
Qualification- MBA
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned hospital floors.
- Ensure smooth patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in collaboration with clinical teams.
- Monitor housekeeping, sanitation, maintenance, and overall cleanliness of the assigned areas.
- Coordinate with nursing, medical, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, dietary, and other support departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient comfort, staff performance, facility conditions, and compliance with hospital standards.
- Address patient, family, and visitor concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and professional conduct on the assigned floors.
- Assist in managing emergency situations, including patient incidents, equipment failures, and fire or disaster response, following hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate operational records, incident reports, and daily activity logs.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in audits and accreditation activities.
- Ensure medical equipment and facility infrastructure issues are reported and resolved in coordination with the maintenance department.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to promote seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and guide floor support staff to maintain high standards of service and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor patient experience indicators and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant experience in hospital operations, patient services, or healthcare administration.
- Knowledge of hospital accreditation standards, patient safety practices, and infection control guidelines.
