Position: Motion Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, social media reels, digital advertisements, brand films, corporate videos, and other visual content.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, style frames, animation treatments, and visual directions according to campaign and brand requirements.
- Handle end-to-end video production, including editing, motion graphics, typography animation, transitions, visual effects, colour correction, sound synchronisation, and final rendering.
- Convert static designs and campaign creatives into engaging animated content suitable for different digital platforms.
- Use AI tools effectively to improve ideation, content generation, animation, video production, music, voice-over, visual effects, and overall workflow efficiency.
- Have practical knowledge of AI platforms such as Higgsfield AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Suno, Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and other relevant generative AI tools.
- Use AI responsibly for concept development, script assistance, storyboarding, image and video generation, background creation, music generation, voice-over support, visual enhancement, and production automation.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, motion-design trends, animation techniques, editing styles, and social media content formats.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Graphic Design, Content, Marketing, and Video Production teams.
- Understand creative briefs and independently execute projects from the initial concept to final delivery.
- Maintain consistency with the brand guidelines and visual identities of different clients and projects.
- Adapt videos and animations into multiple sizes, formats, and durations for reels, stories, YouTube, presentations, digital advertisements, LED screens, and other platforms.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Incorporate internal and client feedback and complete revisions within the required timelines.
- Maintain properly organised project files, footage, templates, stock assets, audio files, graphic elements, and final deliverables.
- Support the creative team during campaign ideation, video planning, visual development, and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant motion-design and video-editing software.
- Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D animation and motion-design software will be an added advantage.
- Practical knowledge of generative AI tools for image, video, audio, music, voice, script, and creative-content production.
- Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into professional motion-design and video-editing workflows.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, composition, pacing, transitions, colour grading, and sound design.
- Experience in creating social media reels, promotional videos, explainers, event videos, corporate films, digital advertisements, and campaign content.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently execute projects from concept to final output.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- A strong and updated portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics, animation, video-editing, and AI-assisted creative capabilities.
- Prior experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, production house, or digital marketing organisation will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
