Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers, companies, and target industries.
- Identify and maintain a database of qualified leads.
- Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other outreach channels.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product information.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and update their status in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the internal team.
- Support social media outreach and promotional campaigns.
- Track daily and weekly sales activities.
- Assist the team in improving sales scripts, messages, and outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Comfortable communicating with new people.
- Ability to conduct online research and organize information.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of software products, SaaS, ERP, AI, or technology solutions will be an advantage.
Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Btech or a related field.
- Freshers and final-year students can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software products, IT services, SaaS solutions, mobile applications, web applications, ERP, CRM, or AI-based products.
- Ability to understand software features and explain their business benefits to potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, customer communication, and follow-up.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, Apollo, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online research tools.
- Interest in technology sales or software business development is preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Prior sales or software experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
