Job Summary
We are seeking only an experienced IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain the trading infrastructure of a share broking company operating across 30 branches. The role involves server management, branch connectivity support, network administration, and coordination with the trading software technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain ODIN trading terminals across 30 branches
Manage and monitor Back-office server at Head Office
Handle LAN/WAN networking issues
Support branch connectivity (VPN, leased line, broadband)
Ensure daily server backup and data security
Configure and maintain firewall & network security systems
Provide remote desktop support for dealers and branch staff
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications
Provide hardware support (Desktops, Printers, Routers, Switches)
Coordinate with ODIN technical support team for escalations
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows Server
Networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN)
Firewall configuration and security management
Backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
Experience in stock broking IT infrastructure preferred
Experience
1–3 years of experience in financial services or stock broking IT environment preferred
