Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement: Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with company
goals. Forecast print material needs based on production schedules.
Supplier Sourcing and Negotiation: Source potential suppliers, assessing quality, reliability,
and pricing. Negotiate contracts for favorable terms, discounts, and incentives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align with print material
specifications. Manage approvals, finalize print-ready files, and monitor budgets.
Market Analysis and Innovation: Monitor market trends and supplier performance for cost-
saving opportunities. Stay informed about printing technologies and industry trends.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, addressing issues promptly. Maintain
vendor databases, including contracts and performance metrics.
Compliance and Analysis: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Analyze
procurement data for cost-saving opportunities.
Print Quality Assurance: Review print specifications for accuracy and quality. Troubleshoot
printing issues with effective solutions.
Record Keeping and Project Management: Maintain accurate records of printing projects.
Monitor production timelines to address potential delays.
Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Proven procurement experience, preferably in print materials.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of printing technologies and industry trends.
