Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, and budgeting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST, TDS, balance sheet finalization, financial statements, and budget planning along with excellent analytical and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization.
- Handle GST filing, GST reconciliation, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, filing, and related documentation.
- Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial reports.
- Assist management in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants during audits and compliance activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Expertise in balance sheet finalization and financial statement preparation.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP software, and accounting tools.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
