Role and Responsibilities:
The role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating Service Technicians for daily client visits, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, and ensuring smooth service execution. Responsibilities include handling client queries, coordinating spare parts procurement and logistics, managing inventory, preparing service offers and proforma invoices (PI), and following up on payments with the accounts team. The role also supports the Service Head in performance reviews of technicians and process improvements.
Skills :
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across functions. Knowledge of import-export processes, problem-solving ability, customer service orientation, and proficiency in relevant software tools are required. The candidate should be able to handle cross-functional coordination, ensure compliance with company processes, and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
