About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding our footprint. This position requires active field engagement and traveling to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve organizational growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and educational opportunities.
- Engage in significant travel to meet prospective clients, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
- Present and pitch RACE’s educational offerings and computing programs effectively to clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated with a proven capability to work independently during field travel.
